Orders require 3 business days for processing. Orders placed after 12PM ET will begin processing the following business day. Preorder items are subject to a different timeline as stated on the product page. We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders using USPS standard service, with an estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days. For those who need their items sooner, we offer expedited shipping options through UPS at the customer’s expense. You can choose from Next Day, 2nd Day, or Ground shipping. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

We do not allow for changes to orders that have already been placed. Of course we'll try our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot make any guarantees. Please double check your order before completing it.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or incorrect items, we'll cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange.

For long-lasting wear, machine wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Tumble dry is suggested for some items. Please see the Care Guide on each product page for specific guidance.

Yes! We offer gift cards in various increments here. While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping for purchase, all items are thoughtfully packed in presentable packaging, perfect for gifting.

Yes, our heat transfers are printed by a third party, using water-based inks instead of solvent-based or plastisol inks, which can contain harmful chemicals. The heat transfers are certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX, which is a health and safety standard for fabrics. Transfers come on recyclable transfer paper and are printed on PET film, which is a recyclable plastic. Transfers do not contain heavy metals, lead, or PVC.
