Return Policy
As a small, local business, we strive to provide quality products and personalized service to our community. To ensure our continued success, our return policy is crafted with care to balance the needs of our customers with the sustainability of our operations, and we appreciate your understanding and support.
Returns for Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only, within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items, in their original condition, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for return. All returns will be processed as store credit and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping cost is your responsibility. The cost of the return will be deducted from your store credit. Return shipments must be initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return label. Prior to purchase, please be sure to read our item descriptions for sizing recommendations and / or email us with any questions so we can help!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Kids of Queens does not accept returns or exchanges on personalized goods. All SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE. We define "SALE" as any item purchased with a discount over 15%. This includes promotional sales. Anything above 15% is final sale and not returnable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or incorrect items, we'll cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS or UPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
